在宅ワークで首凝り、腹筋が弱り、逆食が慢性化。ppi１年弱→やめる→消化酵素を飲んで胸焼けを抑える。IBS下痢型→交替型（便秘）。会話が苦手。高校から右手むくみ。扁桃腺〜耳下腺右腫れて入院→今も時々。
